A profile is created by the Online Succes software when an interaction with our website takes place. This happens, for example, when you download a white paper. Your Online Succes profile is unique to SCHIEMA. To safeguard your privacy, this data is only available to you and SCHIEMA and is never shared with third parties. You can view, modify and/or delete your Online Succes profile at any time via this link.

SCHIEMA strives not to collect information about children aged 16 or younger, or to create interest segments specifically designed to target children. Your rights

You have a number of rights when we record your personal data. These rights are laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR. You can view, have corrected, block or delete your personal data at any time.

To exercise your rights, you may submit a written request. SCHIEMA has four weeks from receipt of the request to assess whether the request is justified. Within four weeks, SCHIEMA will inform you what will happen with the request. If the request is not followed up, you have the option to object to Schiema or to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, AP. Based on a request, SCHIEMA may ask for additional information to verify the identity of the person concerned.

How this privacy policy is maintained

This privacy policy came into effect on 16 May 2018 and replaces our previous privacy policy. This privacy policy is continuously reviewed. We will inform you of any changes by publishing the revised policy on Schiema.nl, after which it will take effect immediately.
