Description
RUBPLA PU EU-80 is a high-quality ester-based polyurethane rubber sheet developed for applications where maximum mechanical resistance is required.This grade is distinguished by its exceptional wear resistance, very high tensile strength, and extreme tear resistance.Compared to softer PU grades, the 80 Shore version offers higher compressive strength and improved dimensional stability.Additionally, the material offers resistance to light oils, greases, and certain solvents, as well as ozone and aging.
In short: an extremely wear-resistant and very strong polyurethane for heavily loaded industrial applications.

Choose RUBPLA PU EU-80 if you are looking for:
- maximum wear resistance
- very high tensile strength and tear resistance
- high compressive strength and dimensional stability

- a solution where standard rubber and PU 70 fall short
Note: Not intended for high temperatures (> +80°C), strong acids and bases, or heavy chemical loads.
Ester-based PU is less suitable for:
Prolonged contact with water, humid environments, hot or wet processes, and hydrolysis-sensitive applications.
