From idea to product

Based on a well-thought-out design in the form of a sketch or technical drawing, we have a mold made. This serves as the basis for the production of the final molded part. With our more than 30 years of experience, we are also able to provide you with the right advice regarding the optimal material selection and/or production method, should you not yet be sure of this. This way, we can assure you that the final molded part is not only functional but also of high quality, ensuring it lasts an extra long time.

**A lot of processes are involved in producing molded parts, depending on the desired type of work. To continue guaranteeing quality, regardless of the complexity of the design, we use various processing methods, such as die cutting, cutting, sawing, and vulcanizing. This makes it possible to produce both simple and complex shapes, fully tailored to the application for which it will be used.**
