Testing industrial hoses

Industrial hoses are often used to transport liquids, gases, or other substances under high pressure. It is therefore very important that hoses are properly assembled and can withstand the conditions they must endure during industrial processes.

To guarantee the quality and safety of industrial hoses, SCHIEMA subjects the hoses to a thorough visual inspection and a hydrostatic pressure test. This takes place in our well-equipped test workshop, where our SIR-registered inspectors check the hoses for possible damage, tears, or other defects that could affect performance.

If desired, we can also perform the tests on-site. This offers extra flexibility, so you do not have to lose time on transport and the test can take place directly at the workplace.
