How are traceability and quality assurance arranged for Flexcited hoses?

SCHIEMA is the sole supplier of Flexcited hoses. Whether a Flexcited hose is supplied through a distributor or directly to the end user, its origin can always be traced back to SCHIEMA.
Every hose can be recognised by the FLEXCITED® marking, followed by the construction line and product name, such as FLEXCITED® FLOWINTUBE® VAPORTOR. Rubber hoses also carry an embossing: a relief print in the rubber that remains visible even when a printed marking has worn off. It includes the name of the hose, the size and the manufacturing code, which shows the quarter and year in which the hose was produced. This makes the origin of every Flexcited hose traceable.
